"I keep getting notices concerning my service experience with my spyder...because it's all automated, I can't respond...my service involved my dealer picking up my spyder and returning it when completed...you have no sections for exceptions! jim potts motor group (woodstock, il) went above and beyond to accommodate me in my circumstances, including sending their tech (gator) to my home to take care of an oversight.
